Warranty Commitment

At SureFix, we are committed to providing superior quality and durable products. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for all SureFix-branded products.

Covered product categories include Pipe Supports, Hangers, Pipes, Fittings, Clamps, Brackets, Valves, Water Meters, and related accessories.

At SureFix’s discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced, or compensated depending on the nature of the defect and usage condition.

Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty period begins from the date of invoice or purchase. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty term.

Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• Premature failure of components under normal installation conditions.
• Functional issues caused by internal product faults during the warranty period.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or water scaling.
• Chemical exposure, excessive pressure, or mechanical impact.
• Damage during storage or transportation.
• Consumables such as O-rings, washers, seals, and gaskets.
• Damage caused by third-party accessories or system integration.
• Natural disasters such as fire, flood, or lightning.

Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

• Submit a claim with the original invoice.
• Provide product photos clearly showing the defect.
• Include installation details if applicable.

SureFix’s Technical Team will inspect the claim. If approved, repair, replacement, or credit will be provided.

If the product model is discontinued, a similar product of equal value will be supplied.

Service Charges

• No charge for warranty-approved repairs or replacements.
• Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged as per actual service costs.
• Transportation and labor charges are the responsibility of the customer unless covered by warranty.

General Conditions

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
• Products must be installed according to SureFix guidelines.
• SureFix reserves the right to inspect any returned product.
• Replaced or repaired products remain the property of SureFix.
• Company decisions regarding warranty eligibility are final.
• SureFix reserves the right to update this warranty policy.

Water Meter Warranty Exclusions

• Blockage due to debris or sediment.
• Magnet tampering or reverse flow damage.
• Calibration drift caused by water quality.
• Broken seals, cracked glass, or body damage.
