This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations, returns, and refunds for Surefix products and services.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or manufacturing unit.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Cancellation requests must include the order or invoice number.
Approved cancellations will be confirmed in writing.

Returns and Replacement Policy
Since Surefix deals primarily in industrial and plumbing products, orders are manufactured or sourced specifically against confirmed purchase requests.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is incorrect compared to the confirmed order.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers must notify Surefix within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
All labels, documents, and invoices must be included.
Products must be returned to the Surefix designated address.
Custom fabricated or special-order items are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases of order cancellation before shipment or product unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or issued as a Surefix credit note.
For B2B transactions, refunds may be adjusted against future invoices.
Surefix reserves the right to offer replacements instead of refunds when applicable.
Important Notes
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Bank transfer or payment gateway charges may be deducted from refunds.
If delivery is refused without approval, return freight costs will be deducted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Used, installed, or damaged products.
Custom fabricated or special-order items.
Products modified by unauthorized personnel.
Promotional or clearance sale items.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Inspection and Verification
All returned products will undergo inspection by the Surefix quality team. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification.
If returned products do not meet the return conditions, they will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
